Happy Weekend

Happy Friday! Gary and I are off to a wedding this weekend and I'm making their cake! What do you have planned? Have you heard of wish cycling? It’s when you put something you’re not sure can get recycled in the recycle bin and hoping for the best. This costs extra time and money, and can also send more to a landfill due to contamination.⁣ ⁣ #ad If I’m so excited to share that I’ll be hosting a virtual book club with @activist_collective! The book I’ve chosen is Braiding Sweetgrass by Robin Wall Kimmerer. I can’t remember the last time I read a book from beginning to end Remembering to take my vitamins by placing them in a cute dish, a little tip I learned from @lehuanoelle. As a first time mom, meeting my own basic needs last year was a real struggle. It’s something I’ve decided to focus more energy on t Zero waste gifting and gift wrapping have been making its rounds online, which I love. More people are aware of the climate crisis and are trying to be more thoughtful and sustainable.
